Group Fitness Classes
OUR PHILOSOPHY
THE GOAL OF OUR GROUP EXERCISE PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH A SAFE, EFFECTIVE AND WELL-BALANCED WORKOUT TAUGHT BY PROFESSIONAL, CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS. EACH MONTH A VARIETY OF CLASSES ARE OFFERED WHICH INCLUDE CARDIO AND STRENGTH CONDITIONING OPTIONS. THE SCHEDULE CHANGES MONTHLY IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE CROSS-TRAINING.
CARDIO CLASSES INCLUDE STEP AEROBICS, SPIN, DANCE, AND BOOT CAMP. A VARIETY OF SCULPT CLASSES ARE OFFERED EACH MONTH. SOME CLASSES USE PRIMARILY BARBELLS, WHILE OTHER SCULPT CLASSES USE THE SMALLER HAND WEIGHTS AND RESISTANCE TUBING. SOME THIRTY MINUTE SCULPT CLASSES ARE ALSO OFFERED EACH WEEK, SUCH AS BUTTS & GUTS OR AWESOME ABS. IN ADDITION TO THE CARDIO AND SCULPT CLASSES, THE CORE ALSO OFFERS PILATES, YOGA, YOGALATES AND STRETCH CLASSES.

THE CORE IS NOT JUST A GYM WHERE PEOPLE COME TO WORK OUT.... IT IS A PLACE TO GO TO SEE FRIENDS AND MEET OTHER PEOPLE IN YOUR COMMUNITY. BUSINESS PEOPLE, TEACHERS, POLICEMEN, STAY-at-HOME MOMS, STUDENTS, PASTORS.... YOU NAME IT.... THEY ARE ALL HERE. EACH TIME YOU WALK IN TO THE CORE YOU SEE THE SAME SMILING FACES WORKING BEHIND THE DESK, OR IN THE NURSERY, OR TEACHING A CLASS.
