We have a variety of nationally certified trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. All of our trainers are experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. Due to our wide selection of trainers, we are guaranteed to have one to fit your specific needs.

We will start with an evaluation of your current fitness and conditioning level plus a health history which will give us all the information we need to develop an exercise prescription designed specifically for you!

Once we have assessed your current fitness level and established your short and long term goals, it's time to get started.

Q: Why do I need a Personal Trainer ?

A. To help answer this question ... ask yourself if any of the following statements apply to you:

•  I just can't stick to an exercise program on my own

•  I don't have the time or the motivation to go to the gym regularly

•  I am not comfortable in a traditional gym environment

•  I've been exercising on my own, but I am still not happy with my results

If any of these statements relate to you, a Personal Trainer could be the answer for you. First your Personal Trainer will make sure you are doing the right exercises based on your fitness goals. Second, your Personal Trainer will ensure that you are doing your exercises correctly to minimise the risk of injury and to maximise the benefit for the time you invest. Most importantly, your Personal Trainer will provide you with what you need to adopt a more healthy and fit lifestyle so you look and feel your best for the rest of your life.

Q:Do you have fitness programs for beginners ?

Absolutely! We have many clients who are completely new to exercise, and many who were once fit and athletic, who have over time lapsed into a sedentary lifestyle. Your personal trainer will design a training program personalized specifically for you, based on your goals, your current fitness level, and the areas that you wish to focus on. Whether you're totally inexperienced, or an experienced, conditioned athlete, we can tailor a program just for you.

We believe not only in supervising your workout, but educating you about the principles involved, so that when you're ready, you can maintain a sound physical exercise.

Q: How much does it cost?

A. Personal training is no longer just for the rich and famous. We train people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. Our clients have one simple thing in common: a desire to change and a willingness to enlist the expertise of professionals to do it.

Many of our clients come to us with 50 pounds or more to lose, and are tired of doing it on their own. Others are already conditioned and fit, but want to increase muscle tone and definition. More and more baby boomers are discovering that personal training is a valuable tool in anti-aging, and maintaining health and vigor. And young athletes are using personal training to increase sports specific strength, agility, and dexterity for better physical performance in sports.

Q: Can I exercise with a friend ?

A: Yes ! Exercising with your Personal Trainer and a friend is fun and may provide you with a source of additional motivation. Exercise with a friend and pay a reduced rate per session!

Q: Do I need to join a gym or can I train at home ?

A : Arrangements can be made to train you at home. However, coming to the gym offers many advantages over exercising at home. First, our gym offers state of the art equipment that will aid in your development process much faster than home training. Second, and very important, is the motivation factor. How many of us can stay motivated to exercise at home. Our gym provides the most positive environment and motivation for continued improvement.

Q: Will I lose weight just by doing the workouts?

A: No, to lose fat, your body must follow a synergistic principle combining three things : strength training, cardiovascular exercise and a right nutrition. This is where you will learn how the food you eat controls your insulin, how to keep your blood sugar in check, how to lower your cholesterol and blood pressure and how to lose any unsightly fat.

A: We believe these statements are simply not true - use your good judgement - don't waste your money in any fad diet. Get the right information.

A. If asked, our opinion taking an ephedrine supplement in the hope it will help you lose weight, boost metabolism, summon up energy, or have better workouts, our answer would be clear and consistent. No.

Be sure to leave a message if we're with other clients with your name and phone number. 

Once you have spoken with one of our Personal Trainers, and made the decision to begin, you can click here to print out your health status questionare. Simply complete these forms and bring them with you to your first session! At your first session your trainer will sit down with you to discuss your fitness goals and make recommendations on a course of action to help you meet those goals. The trainer may also do an initial fitness assessment, including girth measurements, and body fat analysis. Clients can also expect to go through a small workout on this visit. It is a good idea to wear loose clothing, such as sweats for workouts.
